When you join Google Chrome for the first time with Zoom, you will see that a Zoom desktop client will open. Rather than use a device, connect by using a desktop or mobile device. This can be launched with a single click. Using the quickstart shortcuts on the desktop, you can access all future Zoom meetings at the same time. You will receive an ID and password from the meeting sponsor.
To open the meeting link on a video message or email, select the appropriate meeting link on the contact form or e-mail. You will need to click the Ask to join button. It is up to you whether you participate or not in the meeting. The whole process can be done in the comfort of your own home.
